Our Team
Charles Slaughter - President
Charlie has over 10 years in the communications and technology industry. Charlie has founded several companies over the years, all with the emphasis in exceptional customer service. With a MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Charlie was "educated" in the real world in an extremely high pressure customer service oriented industry, thus beginning to understand just how important customer service really is. Being a small business owner for many years himself, Charlie understands just how confusing technology can be and how quickly it changes. His passion is walking into a small business and becoming their trusted advisor through earning their business.
Joe Galaznik - IT Specialist
Joe has been with Synergy Telecom and their sister company (The Phone Store, Inc.) for over 4 years now. If there is a problem, Joe will fix it! He enjoys his continuing education in IT solutions and new products and is a joy to work with. Joe takes pride in his work and will give you the highest level of professionalism, service and quality you can find in this industry.
Jeannette Riehs - Provisioning
Jeannette is known as our "go to" person. She handles most of the backend work and is the liason between our customers and our service team. She is quick, accurate and dependable.
